Our health and nutrition coaches work from a public health perspective and support the messages shared by the NHS, Diabetes UK and the British Heart Foundation. We work in a variety of areas and both coach individuals as well as present and train on health projects e.g. workplace health, family programmes, active schools, SENCO workshops, weight loss programmes and diabetes prevention workshops. Past clients include: Adur & Worthing, Mid-Sussex and East Sussex county councils, HMRC.

You can receive a full body composition analysis - this will show you your weight, BMI, Visceral Fats, Hydration levels, metabolic age, bone mass and muscle mass - available if a face-to-face appointment.
We use a variety of motivational coaching tools and techniques to support and encourage you to make the changes you want.
