Our menopause workshops are positive and practical with clear and simple ways to navigate the menopause. We think you will find them enabling, enriching - supporting you to grow and gain confidence in yourself and your body.
The menopause is a natural part of ageing that usually occurs between 45 and 55 years of age, as a woman's oestrogen levels decline. In the UK, the average age for a woman to reach the menopause is 51, though around 1 in 100 women experience the menopause before 40 years of age.
Most women will experience menopausal symptoms. Some of these can be quite severe and have a significant impact on your everyday activities. We know that lifestyle choices can play an important role in alleviating many of these symptoms and that's where our workshops come in...

What is the menopause and key symptoms.
Why do we suffer from hot flushes, sleepless nights, increased anxiety, weight gain, bloating and mood swings? We explore all the key menopausal symptoms to understand the physical and hormonal changes we all face.
How eating the right foods can support you through the menopause and beyond.
We know that diet plays a vital role in managing menopausal symptoms. We share a simple and effective approach to eating through the menopause, including food groups & choices which can support physical and hormonal changes.
Exercises and activities which support your body through the menopause and into later life. The menopause sees women experiencing many physical changes, some of which can affect our confidence and daily life.
Our exercise session will focus on activities to support weight management, bone health, functional strength, pelvic floor stability as well as to look and feel amazing!
We explore ways to address mood changes, reduce stress and improve your sleep to combat menopausal symptoms as well as improve your overall wellbeing. Menopause can increase our anxiety levels which can affect both our work and home life significantly and put undue pressure on women at a time of change.
- "The new me!" the menopause can, for many, feel like a new phase of life, bringing positive feelings as well as a sense of loss for the woman we leave behind. We take time to explore what effect these menopausal changes can have and strategies to successfully coach yourself through it. You will start your journey to feeling more confident as a maturing woman; taking more control of your life.
