Life Coaching
Life Coaches support you to make positive changes when you feel stuck or just don't know where life should take you next.
I use a range of coaching and motivational techniques to support you in your transformational journey. I can help you discover your current obstacles, enabling you to focus on what you want to achieve, both in the next few months and over the next few years and beyond. Think of me as your guide, someone who helps you gain structure to your thoughts and meaning to your goals.
Working with a Life Coach
As your life coach, I can help you move to where you want to be and to keep on track. I may challenge you to raise your awareness, learn about what might be holding you back or stopping you achieving, face your fears and ultimately leave you stronger, resilient and more confident in your next chapter of life goals.
This could be through:
- Taking time to think about your life, where you want to be and building the confidence to make the changes required
- Assessing your skills and work opportunities and focusing on your next career steps
- Wanting to get rid of those constant negative thoughts, emotions and self doubt that stops life going where you want it to
- Dealing with difficult relationships whether personal or business focused
- Dealing with anxiety and stress and finding strategies to gain your confidence in areas of your life
- Getting life back on track after a set-back, an illness, loss of a loved one or break down of a relationship
- Building in some mindfulness and mediation guidance to encourage self care and clarity.
- Finding your voice to improve your self-confidence and ensure strong communication skills.
Life coaching sessions:
Your first meeting will involve history taking, agreements on how I will work and a chance for you to explore the areas that you want to cover at each session.
You then meet with me either weekly/bi-weekly or monthly to review, work to overcome obstacles you are facing, establish next steps and reset goals.
Individual sessions:
All sessions are conducted via on-line / telephone / face time media / email
From £30 per 45 minute session
Monthly option:
2 x key sessions
1 x weekly check in phone call
2 x motivational texts each week
