Come and join us at one of our specialist health & wellbeing workshops or retreats. 


Mind & Body retreat - take time out to relax, refocus and reboot. We take a holistic approach to our weekends. Our workshops and classes both challenge the body as well as strengthen and enlighten the connection to your mind. You will feel awakened and energised.


Core strength workshops - building core pelvic floor and abdominal strength whether you want to regain strength following pregnancy, to assist with a prolapse or for general health and rehabilitation.  Perhaps you are looking to enhance your water board sport stability and control and prevent injury? Whatever your motivation, core strength is a must and this will be a useful workshop for you.


Menopause workshops - positive and practical with clear and simple ways to navigate the menopause. A holistic approach to women's health.  We think you will find them enabling and enriching - supporting you to grow and gain confidence in yourself and your body through this menopausal change.


Workshops run through-out the year across the South West of England.  They are flexible so you can join us for a day or stay for a weekend.
